How to install on Android

The Android app isn't on Google Play yet, but you can install it directly with a signed APK in under a minute. The installer is hosted on our own domain over HTTPS.

Step-by-step guide

Tap the download button above on your Android phone
Your browser will save messagency-android.apk to your Downloads folder.

Open the file from your notification shade or the Files app
Android will ask whether you trust apps from your browser the first time. Tap Settings and enable Allow from this source, then return to the installer.

Tap Install
Google Play Protect may show a one-time warning because the app isn't published on Google Play yet. Tap Install anyway. The APK is signed by us and served from messagency.net over HTTPS.

Open Messagency, sign in, and allow notifications
That's it. Your phone is now registered and will receive a push notification for every important event on your account.

Why isn't Messagency on Google Play?

The Android build is currently distributed only as a direct APK to keep onboarding for our B2B customers fast and free of store-review delays. The file is signed with our own key and served from messagency.net over HTTPS so you can verify its origin. A Google Play listing is planned for a later release.
