Open the Messagency app or visit app.messagency.net and tap Register. You'll receive a confirmation email and can sign in immediately.
On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. A reset link will be sent within minutes.
From the panel, open Integrations and follow the on-screen wizard. For WhatsApp choose either the official Cloud API or the QR-code Linked Device option. For Instagram tap "Connect with Facebook" and authorise Messagency to manage messages.
Open iOS Settings, Notifications, Messagency and make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. If the issue persists, log out and back into the app to refresh your device token.
