AI Assistant partner program: who can join, requirements and earnings

The Messagency AI Assistant answers 24/7 on the WhatsApp and Instagram of businesses that run on customer messages, from beauty salons and clinics to restaurants and real-estate offices. The partner program lets creators and sector accounts who reach those businesses introduce the assistant to their audience and earn a share of every subscriber they bring in.

Who can apply

The program is not open to everyone. We want our partners' audiences to consist of businesses that will actually use the assistant. The requirements:

• An Instagram account with at least 20,000 followers. The number alone is not enough; the account must have real engagement, and accounts found to have bought followers are not accepted.
• A sector account. An account focused on a service sector such as beauty, health and clinics, restaurants and cafés, real estate, gyms, education, workshops and studios, or one that speaks to business owners in those sectors. General lifestyle accounts are out of scope.
• Active output. An account that has posted regularly over the last three months.
• Content in Turkish, English or Portuguese. The three languages the assistant is offered in.
• Acceptance of the partner agreement. Read and accepted during signup; the acceptance date and version are recorded.

Agencies, trainers and freelance specialists who consult in those sectors and have business clients can apply under the same conditions.

What you earn

Commission is calculated on the subscription invoices the business you referred has actually paid:

• 15% on monthly plans, for every paid invoice.
• 20% on yearly plans, for the paid yearly invoice.
• If an invoice is discounted, the commission is calculated on the discounted amount.
• No commission accrues for trial periods, cancelled or unpaid invoices.

Commission continues for as long as the business stays subscribed; it is not a one-time reward.

When and how it is paid

• Commissions are collected monthly and appear in the partner panel after the monthly close.
• Payment is made around the 10th of the following month.
• The minimum payout threshold is 50 €; an amount below the threshold is not lost, it carries over to the next month. A separate threshold applies to Turkish lira invoices.
• Euro and Turkish lira earnings are kept in separate pools and never converted; each is paid in its own currency.
• Your invoice details in the partner panel (name or company name, tax number, address) must be complete before a payout. If they are missing, the payout waits; it does not disappear.
• The payment method for Portugal is MBWAY; other cases are set out in the agreement.

How it works

1. Your application is reviewed and, if approved, your partner panel opens. Every account starts as pending; Messagency gives the approval.
2. The panel holds your personal link and code. A visitor who comes through your link stays matched to you for 30 days; a business that signs up within that window is bound to you.
3. The bond is created once, at the moment the business signs up, and never changes afterwards. An already registered business cannot be bound to a partner later.
4. In the panel you see the name, plan, status and message usage of the businesses you referred. You do not see their conversations, customers or revenue; that information belongs to the business alone.
5. Your only gift is the trial invite: a business that arrives through your invite can have its trial extended, but never beyond 30 days in total from signup. Partners cannot create coupons or discounts.

Rules

• Registering your own business through your own link is forbidden and blocked by the system.
• Misleading promises, fake discounts or presenting the assistant as doing something it does not do are breaches of the agreement; on a breach, accrued commissions are forfeited.
• A partner is an independent party, not an employee or representative of Messagency, and may not be presented as one.
• The terms can change prospectively; changes are announced in advance and never affect past payments.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commission tied to it is reversed too.

The application form takes a few minutes: your account, your sector and your contact details. Applications are reviewed one by one; if you meet the requirements you hear back within a few days.
